MAHATMA ERIC
Educational Resource & Information Centre
The Educational Resource and Information Centre (ERIC), brought into effect in 1990, has been
providing an excellent service to students while empowering the teaching community. The center conducts workshops and training programs for our teachers by sourcing eminent scholars across the globe and proficient academicians from our campuses. Many such distinctive and wide-ranging sessions have been organized by ERIC over the years.
As a research unit of Mahatma Schools, we have been instrumental in making innovations in our educational system for more than four decades and have found it meaningful and purposeful. Each unit or module, prepared by a teacher, is a comprehensive package of classroom-corridor-campus-community activities, parallel reading materials, hands-on-skill, worksheets, assignments, test papers, and so on. All such preparations are made possible through the various training programs conducted by the in-house experts in the field.
Mahatma, through ERIC, now wishes to share its learning with the teachers of other schools as well. Its training team offers to conduct Teacher Training Sessions on request. The ERIC will also aid schools with syllabus planning, module making, innovating teaching methodologies and so on.
